Auto Locksmith Leicester is a fully mobile, 24-hour auto locksmith serving Leicester, Leicestershire, East Midlands (LE1). We come to your vehicle — at home, at work, or in a car park — there is no shop to visit and no street address.

Fully mobile — no street address

There is no shop to visit and no street address. The locksmith meets you beside the vehicle — outside your home, at your workplace, or in a public car park — and the work is done there. There is no form on this page. To book the service or ask a question, call or email; those are the two ways to reach us.

When to call, and when to email

Call if you are locked out now, if you have lost your keys, or if a key has snapped or stopped working. Email is for questions that can wait, such as asking about a service before you need it. A child or a pet locked in a car needs 999 before anything else. Once the emergency services have been called, phone 07988 388514 with the car's location and what has happened.

What happens after you call

During the call, we ask a few questions to get the picture of the job, then talk through what happens next. The locksmith then comes to your vehicle, and the work is done there, at the car itself — opening it, or cutting and programming a key on site. There is nothing else to arrange and nowhere else to go.

What to tell us when you call

Having these three things ready helps the call stay short:

• Where the car is — the place, street or car park, so we know where to come.
• What has happened — locked out, keys lost, key snapped, or key no longer working.
• Proof that the car is yours — have it ready, so the locksmith can check it at the car.

We ask a few questions on the call to get the picture, then talk through what happens next.
